My family Dr. gave me a script that says I,m light sensative that I keep in my glove box.The ticket was dropped when I showed the script in court. However, on a different site they said that they have seen arguments against tinting by saying that the tint changes the color of the light because it changes it's brightness (wordsmith stuff).
