Copy and paste “HelmetInCar.dll” and "HelmetInCar.ini" into your “GTA V\Scripts\” folder. WebJun 23, 2015 · Ok fine, the dunce cap can stay, put a large bounty on the bad sports (example $40,000), or perhaps a time out in passive mode for one GTA day. The way that this is implemented is wrong and makes me and others not want to play.
