It provides you with gear related to your skills and history, and places you in a location that is either faction important or somewhere around the Wasteland. How this works WebDec 19, 2012 · Go to the Fallout 3 data folder and drag the files into it. If it says merge or overwrite files, hit copy and replace to all (or yes). Go into the mod manager or however you keep track of your mods, and hit the checkboxes of whatever you want to apply. make sure to follow the load order on the Nexus mod page. I hope this helps.
