WebThe ABC Program serves pre-school children ages 2 to 5 who face difficulties in the day care, pre-school or home environment due to behavioral issues and/or developmental delays. Children attend the program at Family and Children’s Services for up to 4 hours several days a week, depending on the child’s need and available openings.
