WebSo not only hearing themself talk because, you know, you're talking but also through headphones (we are using inexpensive, but not bad, MPOW headsets). I can't find any setting in Teams to do this and the Windows 10 setting that *kinda* works (Sound->Recording->Listen->Listen to this device) but it sounds echo-y and off-sync.
